The week of 10–16 August falls at the centre of the summer closure period, producing an unusually dense pattern of disruptions: numerous diocesan archives are closed for all or part of August, while several State Archives are operating reduced opening hours, restricting retrievals or temporarily excluding specific holdings from consultation. The list below includes only disruptions identified as affecting this week.
